Our mission is to provide exceptional IT services to our clients and nurture our technologists' professional needs while contributing to the local community. We've accomplished all three parts of this mission since the firm's first day of operation.

We do this by providing technical consulting services, staff augmentation support, customized software development, and systems integration services. Established in 1993
Progressive Software Computing Inc. (PSCI) was founded in 1993 by Christopher J. O'Neill to provide exceptional consulting and consultants for the needs of companies in the Greater Philadelphia Region.

Demographics
Each of our technologists are integrated into the firm's project management and analysis, and client/server and Internet, databases and datawarehousing, and systems and networking areas of expertise. PSCI's technologists, on average, have between seven and twelve years of real-world consulting expertise.

Regional operation
We're locally headquartered in Wilmington, Delaware, and serve the Greater Philadelphia Region. We place our people locally, ensuring any technologist is available to work on engagements without traveling long distances.

Branch office
In 2004 we opened a branch office in Dallas, Texas. With its own dedicated staff and technologists, PSCI's Texas Office serves the needs of companies in the Metro Dallas Region.

Because we solve clients' challenges so well--and because our fee structure is competitive--clients tend to retain the firm for extended periods. Our retention by our clients is a testament to clients' satisfaction with the way in which we provide service, quality, and value.

Flexibility
A hallmark of our ability to serve clients is our flexibility. We have the strong ability to configure our services and our fee structure as needed to best provide service. For example, we can qualify for clients' corporate vendor lists, work closely with individual departments and managers, and/or propose time frames and plans for work on a project basis.
