PSCI Participation in the TechServe Alliance (formely the NACCB)


TechServe Alliance (formerly the NACCB) is a trade organization for computer consulting firms operating in the United States.

TechServe Alliance encourages the highest professional standards in the industry, supports members as they grow and develop their businesses, provides members with timely vital information about industry trends and public policy issues, works with policy makers to develop public policy, and expands high-tech educational opportunities in the United States.


PSCI participated in NACCB (now TechServe Alliance) events since 2002 and adhered to its business priciples since the firm's founding in 1993.

TechServe Alliance Members DO:

TechServe Members DO NOT:
+ engage in illegal restraint of trade, unfair competition, or violation of anti-trust laws.

+ defame clients, consultants, or competitors.

+ misrepresent a consultant's pay rate, contract terms, assignment duration, or other subjects pertinent to the business relationship.

+ have unreasonable non-competition clauses or unfairly prevent a consultant from pursuing other opportunities.

+ induce consultants to breach or improperly interfere with a contractual relationship.
