The majority of our professionals work a regular 40-hour work week because we're skilled in accurately assessing the needs of our clients. We believe, also, that the balance of work and life is very important and want our people to have time for themselves and their families.

60-Minute-or-Less Commute
Our Business Directors don't like to place a technical professional with a client that is farther away than 60 minutes from the professional's home.

Opportunities
Most professionals have opportunities to perform at the same working location on extended engagements.

Representation
A dedicated account representative is assigned to work with you, monitor every engagement, and handle all financial discussions with the client. This support frees you to focus on your engagement's technical goals.

Facilitation
Our account representatives continually work with technologists to field issues and concerns, providing support and care.

Business Referral Bonus
Should you spot a business opportunity and refer that business to PSCI, you will be compensated for your referral.

Consultant Referral Bonus
If you refer a technology professional to PSCI and they come to work for us, you will be compensated for your referral.
