What happens when I send my resume to PSCI?
Our team uses a well-coordinated process for meeting and then selecting potential PSCI technologists. The process is designed to make your addition the team as smooth as possible while ensuring your skills and talent meet both short-term and long-term needs. Depending on need and your availability, the phases below can be accomplished in as little as a week.
Phase 1: Initial Contact Our team reviews your resume and begins dialogue with you. During this phase the team is determining technical skills fit and working with you to understand your needs and requirements.
Phase 2: Follow-Up Interview The team gets to know more about you and this is also your opportunity to ask detailed questions, face-to-face, about the firm. During this phase, a TechCheck is performed to validate your skill sets and internal marketing begins.
Phase 3: Client Interview When everything is a "GO," you meet your dedicated business director, and interview with one (or more) of our clients.
Phase 4: Hire When you, the client, and PSCI are all ready to work together, you begin with the firm and become part of the team. (In the case of hourly employees or subcontractors, you begin your engagement.)
