Christopher J. O'Neill
Since founding the firm in 1993 to provide clients with exceptional technical talent and dedicated service, Mr. O'Neill has been responsible for PSCI's strategic direction and its oversight.
With over 20 years of staffing industry expertise, Mr. O'Neill is intimately familiar with client and consultant challenges.
Mr. O'Neill holds a BME from Villanova University and an MBA from the University of Delaware.

Barbie Barta
Working within the staffing industry since 1997, Ms. Barta joined PSCI in 2003 to help PSCI expand its dedicated operations into the Dallas/Fort Worth Metro area.
Currently, Ms. Barta develops new business opportunities while providing oversight for the PSCI Dallas Sales and Recruiting Team.
Ms. Barta serves as Vice President for the TechServe Alliance Dallas Chapter.

Richard Lash
Retiring from his successful certified public accounting business in 1998 to provide service exclusively for PSCI, Mr. Lash provides financial oversight and fiduciary guidance for the firm and manages the firm's HR and accounting staff.
Mr. Lash holds an MBA in Public Accounting from Hofstra University. He serves on the TechServe Alliance National Board of Directors while also serving as the VP & Treasurer of the Philadelphia Chapter.

Leslie Aharonian
Starting in the staffing industry in 1992, and working for PSCI since 1994, Ms. Aharonian has provided dedicated service for Fortune 500 clients in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and healthcare sectors.
Currently, Ms. Aharonian is responsible for the oversight of the PSCI Business Team, providing guidance to its members.
Ms. Aharonian holds a B.S. in Political Science from The Pennsylvania State University.

Jacqui Wright
Recruiting skilled technical talent since 1996, Ms. Wright has designed and deepened the firm's pipeline of technical candidates to better serve its clients.
Ms. Wright is responsible for the oversight of the PSCI Recruiting Team, providing guidance and management of its members.
Ms. Wright holds a B.S. in Marketing from The Pennsylvania State University.
