SAP MM IS-Retail Consultant
Duration 6-8 months
Job description - Work with SAP Functional team on multiple small project efforts to improve business processes using functional configuration skillset, as well as defining coding enhancements for ABAP team. Provide tier 3 support for support teams when needed. Primary work will involve supply chain, material master and inventory management.
Position requirements - 8-10 years of relevant experience in SAP IS Retail and SAP MM. Experience with POSDM a plus. Requires proficiency in requirements gathering, analysis, design, configuration, validation, UAT, and stabilization. Excellent troubleshooting skills required for tier 3 support. Prefer omni-channel retail industry experience.
Understands SAP IS Retail functions, especially article and inventory management and product allocation and replenishment. Proven experience with mapping idocs, as well as cross functional integrations. Requires the ability to develop partnerships and work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and express them through process models, user interface specifications, integration specifications and functional specifications for developers. Ability to to develop test scenarios based on business processes and to participate in integration testing and user acceptance testing.
Candidate should have excellent communication skills and will work closely with business and IT partners.
