Full Description:
Our growing dynamic client is seeking a Point of Sales ( POS) Systems Engineer I to be a key member of their POS Solutions team responsible for the design, implementation, documentation and support of our clients POS systems, SAP-POS interfaces, fuel control system and credit authorization processes. Responsible for creating and testing small interface applications and installation scripts. The position provides customer support to the core areas of our client - Store Operations, Fuel Pricing and Fuel Operations, Call Center, Marketing, Treasury and Sales Audit.

Ability to travel 10% of the time (e.g., stores and training centers)
Offers technical expertise, feedback or advice as a valuable resource to others
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a technical discipline (e.g., engineering) preferred, or technical certifications
3 to 5 years of retail POS experience preferred
SQL experience a plus
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Working knowledge of standard development methodologies to facilitate user testing
