Client is seeking to fill a role for a Program Change Manager - Data Governance
About the Role: We are looking for a Program Change Manager to be responsible for coordinating and creating change management strategies, efforts and deliverables as well as communications to improve the engagement, adoption, and ultimate success of Enterprise Data Governance. You will partner with the Enterprise Data Governance Leader and team as well as Change Managers from Programs, Divisions and Functions to support these change management efforts.



Required Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience applying organization effectiveness and strategic change management expertise across all aspects of projects and programs including: generating and executing on strategic visions, identifying change impacts, stakeholder management, leadership alignment, business process alignment, communications, and engagement
Experience with change management in one or more of the following areas: Data, Enterprise Data Governance, Digital Transformation
Experience designing and facilitating working sessions, workshops and/or other types of engagements, both live and virtual
Demonstrated ability to understand and manage complexity and ambiguity to create clarity, simplify the complex and uncover important issues
Demonstrated ability to coach and effectively influence stakeholders to adopt new ways of working in a virtual global environment
Proven ability to successfully perform as an internal or external consultant
Familiarity with program/project management principles and tools
Exceptionally self-motivated and directed while also able to work in teams and to motivate others in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate/translate technical concepts in a business framework that is easily understood by non-technical people
Ability to travel globally up to 10%
Responsibilities:

Assess, coordinate, develop and maintain a holistic and integrated change and communications strategy, change assessment plan, and detailed change readiness work plan; partnering with program/project team to define and communicate what successful change looks like for Enterprise Data Governance
Identify, assess, and validate impacted stakeholder groups and their need for communications and engagements to create the narrative of what they need to understand, what actions they need to take, and how we want them to feel to facilitate and sustain alignment with Data Governance
Monitor and ensure the quality of Enterprise Data Governance and partner program change management activities, communications, and deliverables, to ensure outcomes are achieved
Engage and coach team members on change management activities including change strategy development, stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, communication and engagement planning, adoption and sustainment plans, and effectiveness measures to support Enterprise Data Governance success
Develop, review, and revise content to provide a change lens focusing on the Associates’ point of view across the program/project, encouraging diverse thinking and focus on the Associate throughout the project
Design and facilitate stakeholder engagements for decision making to drive towards alignment and effective end outcomes
Influence decision makers and challenge the organization to create strategies for disruption, breakthroughs, transformation, and innovation to break down limiting barriers that could block the introduction of new ways of working
Collaborate with Data Literacy project team to ensure aligned messaging with the data literacy content, while leveraging (or adjusting) content where appropriate; identify and exploit potential synergies with data literacy roll outs or virtual sessions, and communications about data governance
Utilize established methods, tools, and processes for change management
