The primary responsibility of an incumbent in this position is to ensure the availability and facilitate the productive use of a product for end users.
The Product Specialist will coordinate between the user client and supplier to educate local entity IT and Security staff on particular security products including but not limited to network monitoring and end point detection and response products.
A successful candidate in this position should have excellent customer service skills and be able to multi task.
The incumbent in this position should be personable, a good listener, well organized, a proficient writer, and can actively manage and facilitate meetings with both technical and non technical language.
Microsoft Office skills are necessary.
A successful candidate should be able to identify, track, and resolve or escalate issues to management as needed. A leader in this position should have excellent time management skills and be able to work independently or as part of a team.
