The Lead People Analytics Analyst will be involved in shaping HR strategies and policies, optimizing talent management, and enhancing employee experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
Proven experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or related roles.
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar software.
Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and compliance.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Leadership experience and the ability to manage a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
