nCino Application Administrator I
We are looking for an nCino / Salesforce Application Administrator for a full-time, hybrid, direct-hire role with one of our Wilmington / Philadelphia are clients.
The nCino Application Administrator I is responsible for the ongoing administration and training on client’s nCino application and Salesforce platform. These applications are used, to control their loan product lifecycle, service request lifecycle, as well as manage prospects, campaigns, loans, business relationships, partners, and contacts. The Application Administrator will manage the loan life cycle and CRM applications implemented on nCino, as well as identify, diagnose, and resolve end user problems in a timely manner that exemplifies our client’s high standard, of customer service.
