The PC Support Technician position requires a strong focus on customer service and customer satisfaction. The right candidate should be able to support customers in a fast-paced distributed corporate environment. Possess a strong customer service mindset while adhering to department policies and procedures. Be able to work effectively independently or as part of a team. Hardware support responsibilities include purchasing, installation, configuration, evaluation, troubleshooting and repair of computing devices deployed as a stand-alone unit or as part of a network.
