Palantir Engineer
- Develop and maintain data models, data pipelines, and custom visualizations within Palantir Foundry to facilitate efficient data processing and analysis.
- Build and configure Ontology objects using backing datasets and permissions, enabling effective data sharing and governance across multiple teams.
- Design user interactions and front-end architecture for Palantir Foundry applications using low-code/no-code solutions and technologies such as TypeScript and JavaScript.
- Develop a highly responsive ERP web application within Foundry Workshop, improving user experience and reducing page load times by 20%.
- Led efforts to stay current with Palantir’s latest releases and industry best practices, incorporating new features to optimize performance and enhance user experience
Palantir Engineer: will serve as an engineer for Palantir this role involves leading the design, development, and deployment of Palantir environment, ensuring they meet business requirements while leveraging the platform's full potential. The Technical Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technical strategy, oversee complex integrations, and mentor junior staff.
Responsibilities:
1. Technical Strategy and Solution Design
– Develop and implement technical strategies for Palantir Foundry that align with business objectives and IT standards.
– Lead the design and architecture of Palantir solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and data integrity.
– Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs.
2. Technical Leadership and Mentorship
– Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and analysts working on Palantir projects.
– Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in data modeling, integration, and analytics.
3. Integration and Deployment
– Oversee the integration of Palantir with existing systems and data sources, ensuring seamless data flows and minimal downtime.
– Manage the deployment of Palantir solutions across different environments.
4. Problem Solving and Support
– Troubleshoot complex technical issues with Palantir implementations, collaborating with Palantir support teams and internal IT for resolution.
– Develop and implement performance optimization strategies to improve data processing efficiency and user experience.
– Ensure compliance with security standards and data governance policies.
Required Qualifications:
– Technical Expertise:
– Advanced proficiency in Palantir Foundry, including data modeling, data integration, and data analytics.
– Strong programming skills in languages like Python, SQL, and experience with data visualization tools.
– Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
– Leadership and Communication:
– Proven ability to lead technical teams and mentor junior engineers.
