Overview

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Engineer to provide hands-on support for a mixed Windows and macOS environment. The ideal candidate has current experience with Active Directory, strong knowledge of SCCM, Intune, and JAMF, and the ability to troubleshoot a wide variety of desktop, mobile, and conference room technologies. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting where each day brings new challenges.


Responsibilities

Endpoint Management

  • Administer SCCM to build and deploy Windows images, apply updates and patches, and package software.
  • Configure and manage Intune policies, profiles, and application deployments.
  • Use JAMF for macOS patching, imaging, packaging, and deployment.
  • Script and automate software packaging and endpoint processes.

User & Systems Support

  • Onboard and offboard users, manage Active Directory accounts, permissions, and group access.
  • Provide onsite and remote support for Windows and macOS devices.
  • Handle incident tickets, document troubleshooting steps, and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Deliver executive-level (“white glove”) support as needed.
  • Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

AV, Voice & Facilities Tech

  • Support and maintain conference room AV equipment.
  • Configure and troubleshoot VoIP systems.
  • Manage and maintain digital signage solutions.

Process, Compliance & Asset Management

  • Track and manage IT assets and software licenses.
  • Provide documentation for audits and compliance reporting.
  • Assist with hardware procurement and lifecycle management.
  • Collaborate with HR and ITSM teams to improve onboarding/offboarding processes.

Requirements

  • Recent, hands-on Active Directory experience.
  • Proficiency in SCCM, Intune, and JAMF.
  • Experience supporting both Windows and macOS in an enterprise environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for desktop, mobile, and conference room AV systems.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
