Veeva Pharmacovigilance Lead

This role supports pharmacovigilance activities and requires hands-on experience administering and supporting Veeva Vault, including:
Veeva Requirements
- Provide administration and support for Veeva Vault
- Manage user access, system configuration, and security privileges
- Partner with business stakeholders to enhance and optimize Veeva workflows
- Perform system enhancements, testing, and documentation in alignment with GxP standards
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing end-user support
PV Requirements
- Proven experience supporting one or more of the following areas: Pharmacovigilance systems and workflows, Clinical Data Management platforms, Statistical computing environments, or Clinical trial data lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of business processes, regulatory expectations, and data requirements across the clinical development continuum.
- Demonstrated ability to develop technology strategy and translate business needs into actionable plans.
- History of leading system implementations, enhancements, and operational support teams with measurable execution success.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with scientific and clinical stakeholders as well as technical teams.
