The Desktop Support Specialist (DSS) supports in-house teams and responds to help desk tickets.

Role Description:

  • Respond to help desk tickets
  • Work with vendor support contacts to resolve technical problems with desktop computing equipment and software
  • Ensure desktop computers interconnect seamlessly with diverse systems including associated validation systems, computer conferencing systems, and administrative systems.
  • Build and configure new user workstation equipment (PC, desktop image, phone, peripherals, software, user accounts)
  • Troubleshoot basic network, software, and printing problems.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience 

Must have customer service experience
