Job Title: Senior React UI + UX Engineer

Location: Remote

Type: Contract – 12 months

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled consultant who can bridge design and development by creating beautiful, functional user interfaces in React. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with Figma to design user flows and mockups, then taking those concepts into production-ready code. This role requires someone who can iterate quickly, leverage AI-assisted coding tools, and deliver impactful features in weeks, not months.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop responsive, production-ready user interfaces using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
  • Design and prototype interfaces in Figma, then implement them directly in code
  • Leverage AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Copilot, Anthropic) to accelerate delivery
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate requirements into elegant solutions
  • Deliver features rapidly through short iterations and agile workflows

Requirements

  • Strong expertise in React and front-end technologies (TypeScript/JavaScript, CSS, HTML)
  • Experience with UI/UX design in Figma and taking designs to production code
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools to improve speed and efficiency
  • Solid understanding of front-end performance, accessibility, and UX best practices

Nice to Have

  • Experience with component libraries, design systems, or micro-interactions
  • Exposure to analytics/BI tools or data-driven applications
  • Familiarity with automated testing frameworks for UI
