Requirements
· Experience with configuring and implementing Service Graph Connectors.
· Strong Functional and Technical knowledge of the Platform providing guidance and support to deliver solutions.
· Subject Matter Expert in developing, scripting and configuring solutions on the platform.
· Experience in maintaining CMDB, Asset Management and other Asset/Configuration Management repositories.
· Excellent understanding of Infrastructure configurations, CI classes and their relationships.
· Experience with MID Server Administration.
· Experience with configuring and implementing Service Graph Connectors.
· Expert knowledge in ACLs, ATFs and Performance Analytics.
· Subject Matter Expert in ITSM and CSM modules to include platform architecture, table structure and core functionalities including configurations.
· Integration Capabilities with third party applications using REST APIs, SOAP; Knowledge on Integration Hub and Flow Designer for creating Integrations and automating processes.
· Experience with Platform Analytics, Process Mining and Process Automation.
· Ability to perform Platform upgrades and clones.
· Ability to evaluate and implement Security Center alerts.
