Role Overview

We're seeking a Technical Delivery Lead to manage delivery of complex projects in financial services. The role involves planning, estimation, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication across Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage end-to-end project plans.
  • Refine requirements with engineering leads & product managers.
  • Drive estimation, capacity planning, and delivery improvement.
  • Manage risks, issues, scope, and dependencies.
  • Lead sprint execution (Jira, Confluence, Structure, EazyBI).
  • Ensure SDLC compliance and represent deliverables in change management.
  • Collaborate across teams and manage stakeholders effectively.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in delivering CRM and/or reporting projects.
  • Strong leadership and ownership in software delivery.
  • Experience in financial services projects.
  • Skilled in Agile & Waterfall (SAFe knowledge a plus).
  • Proficiency with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
  • AWS and Kafka experience preferred (not required).

  • Location: New York, NY (hybrid – onsite 3 days/week, day 1 onsite)
