Getting Certified!

This month, we'd like to celebrate accomplishments made by two members of our recruiting department. Technical Recruiters, Heather Pelaez and Jackie May, have both recently become Certified Professional Services Recruiters through TechServe Alliance - the premier IT and engineering staffing association.

The distinction is the industry's only professional certification and covers best practices in the IT and engineering staffing industry. To obtain this certification, both Heather and Jackie demonstrated a mastery of industry standards. These included (but were not limited to): industry best practices, common terms and definitions, systems and processes, and knowledge of federal laws governing employment best practices.
