Welcome back to another edition of the PSCI Client Newsletter! It may be Fall but the weather, stubbornly, isn't acting like it. But just as the weather is struggling to get cooler, Hiring Managers around the country are also struggling to find available talent to man their IT Departments. This is what's referred to as the IT skills gap.
