Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated AI Developer to support the design, development, and implementation of artificial intelligence solutions across a dynamic organization. This role focuses on transforming AI concepts into scalable, production-ready applications that enhance operational efficiency, improve user experience, and drive innovation across multiple business functions.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, execution-focused, and comfortable working cross-functionally to identify, build, and deploy impactful AI use cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions across various business units
- Translate business requirements into functional AI applications with measurable outcomes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify high-impact AI opportunities
- Participate in AI-focused working groups, helping guide strategy, gather requirements, and support implementation
- Build, test, and maintain AI models and systems with a focus on scalability, reliability, and security
- Integrate AI solutions into existing systems and workflows
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship on AI best practices
- Support ongoing AI initiatives, including chatbot and automation solutions as needed
- Stay current on emerging AI technologies and recommend new tools or platforms
Required Qualifications
- Experience developing and deploying AI/ML solutions in production environments
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and delivering projects end-to-end
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on execution and delivery
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with programming languages such as .NET, Java, C#, or similar
- Familiarity with government or public sector environments
- Experience with AI governance, ethics, or policy frameworks
- Knowledge of chatbot development, natural language processing (NLP), or automation tools
