PSCI has provided government IT resources since 2007, working with departments and divisions within the State of Delaware and New Castle County — well before we held a GSA Contract. Working closely with government staff, we have provided knowledge experts who enhance initiatives, improve the delivery of government services and act as an enabler for State employees.
Recognising the financial constraints government organizations often face, PSCI introduced a Statement of Work (SOW) model to provide flexible, cost-effective IT resources — a new approach for that agency at the time.
