PSCI is a GSA Contract holder, which gives us the ability to bid on and staff federal projects.
Our documented government experience runs deeper than the contract itself. We have provided government IT resources since 2007, working with departments and divisions within the State of Delaware and New Castle County — well before we held the GSA Contract. In that work we introduced a Statement of Work (SOW) model to give a government agency flexible, cost-effective IT resources.
