About the Role

Our client is seeking a skilled ETL Developer to support enterprise data integration and transformation initiatives. This role will focus on ETL development, data processing, and collaboration with business and technical teams to support ongoing data and reporting needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and support ETL processes and data integration workflows.
  • Work with IBM DataStage/CloudPak technologies to support enterprise data initiatives.
  • Utilize Python and related scripting tools to support data processing and automation.
  • Collaborate with business users to validate requirements and ensure successful delivery of solutions.
  • Manage assigned project tasks and prioritize work effectively across multiple initiatives.
  • Support troubleshooting, data validation, and ongoing optimization efforts.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of ETL development experience.
  • Hands-on experience with IBM DataStage and/or CloudPak technologies.
  • Experience with Python development.
  • Strong understanding of data integration and transformation concepts.
  • Ability to work independently and manage project responsibilities effectively.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong prioritization and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with R or other analytical/programming tools.
  • Experience working in large enterprise or public sector environments.
  • Familiarity with data quality, validation, and reporting processes.
