Akula
This month we shine the spotlight on Divya Akula! Working as a
Software Security Engineer, Divya is responsible for examining
security systems and web applications to protect against
vulnerabilities and attacks for the State of Delaware's Department
of Technology & Information.
Let's take a moment to learn more about her in this month's
Fast Five.
1. Years and projects worked on
at PSCI?
I have been working with PSCI since October 2018 at DTI (Department
of Technology & Information) as a Software Security
Engineer.
2. Favorite weekend
hobby?
Any outdoor activity, usually a hike on Sunday morning and tennis
in the evening.
3. What would people be
surprised to learn about
you?
I'm a state level classical dancer.
4.If you could go anywhere in the world on vacation, where
would you go?
Many places on my bucket list but I
would love to go to Paris! My favorite and dream place to
visit.
5. What separates PSCI from
other consulting firms you've worked
with?
PSCI stands apart from other consulting
firms as they care about the client and deliver excellence, and
they are always there when needed.
In case you missed them, check out
these recent top reads from publications across the
industry.
And be sure to connect with PSCI on
LinkedIn,

Twitter to stay in-the-know about the latest trends and
resources.
It is
with a heavy heart that we share the news of the passing of
our dear friend and colleague, Jack Hovis. Jack has been a
part of the PSCI family for the entire 27 years we have been in
business, mostly as our client at Sunoco and PES, and for the last
year as an employee and consultant at Wawa. The first consultant to
work for PSCI was assigned to a contract in Jack's group. And many
more followed.
More than a professional colleague, Jack was a friend who became a
part of our family.
Whether it was an Anniversary dinner for one of our employees, a
Thanksgiving lunch, or a Holiday party, we could always count on
Jack to brighten the room.
We will miss Jack's amazing intelligence and technical skills, his
witty sense of humor, ease of laughter, and how he helped shape the
success and culture of PSCI. Rest in Peace old friend.

A Spotlight on Mental
Health
PSCI utilizes the
services of Creative Benefits to assist with the intricacies of
benefits administration. In January 2020, they announced a 12-part
Mental Health Campaign to increase mental health awareness and
provide mental health education.
We will be utilizing this space to deliver those campaigns to
you!
