Since 2010, PSCI has partnered with a large mid-Atlantic convenience store chain facing the challenge of managing a highly complex IT environment. The client’s network spanned 700+ retail locations and 300+ inter-operating hardware and software systems, many of which were officially de-supported yet critical to daily operations. Overlapping systems and outdated technology created operational inefficiencies and complicated resource management.

Our Approach
