PSCI has served a major global pharmaceutical company for nearly 20 years. In 2006, PSCI proposed a service model that cut client overhead, ensured continuity of service (CoS) and improved effectiveness of the discovery phase of R&D. PSCI worked closely with client staff members to develop a CoS resourcing model that provided therapeutic-area support, targeted clinical IT staffing expertise, and mitigation of risk, reducing risk associated with the loss of talent while solving coemployment concerns. The CoS solution is still providing service today.
