Microsoft buys the rights for QDOS (Quick and Dirty Operating System) from Seattle Computer Products for $25,000.

July 28, 2000
Ted Kekatos celebrates the first System Administrator Appreciation Day after being inspired by an HP ad showing people bringing gifts to their System Administrator. The day is celebrated annually on the last Friday of July.

Tech Forum Summer Social

Throughout the year, the Technology Forum of Delaware - a non-profit association dedicated to helping the region's tech companies - hosts multiple networking events.

Last Wednesday, July 20, they hosted their annual Summer Social at the Bellefonte Brewing Company in Wilmington, DE.

PSCI, the beverage sponsor for the event, was represented by HR Director, Patricia Brittingham, and Marketing Manager, Patrick O'Neill (pictured).

It was an excellent evening spent networking with and learning from some of the region's top technology leaders. It was also great to be able to beat the heat and cool off with some cold drinks.
