RxLogix Consultant

Location: Remote / Hybrid (as applicable)

Employment Type: Contract / Contract-to-Hire / Full-Time

Overview

We are seeking an experienced RxLogix Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, validation, and ongoing optimization of pharmacovigilance and drug safety solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of drug safety processes, system implementation, data migration, and regulatory compliance within the Life Sciences industry.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze business requirements from Pharmacovigilance and Drug Safety stakeholders.
  • Configure and support RxLogix applications based on business and regulatory requirements.
  • Support data migration, mapping, and reconciliation activities from legacy systems.
  • Perform system validation, testing, and documentation, including IQ/OQ/PQ activities.
  • Conduct user training sessions, workshops, and go-live support.
  • Coordinate integrations with enterprise systems and external applications.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and support change requests and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with business, technical, and vendor teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience with RxLogix or similar Pharmacovigilance platforms.
  • Strong understanding of Pharmacovigilance (PV) and Drug Safety processes.
  • Experience with software implementation and system configuration.
  • Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
  • Experience with system validation and testing methodologies.
  • Experience with data migration, mapping, and reconciliation activities.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within regulated Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or Biotechnology environments.
  • Familiarity with safety databases, regulatory reporting, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience integrating enterprise applications and third-party systems.
  • Knowledge of SDLC, CSV, and GxP practices.
