Overview
Our client is seeking a skilled Network Administrator to support and maintain enterprise infrastructure environments. This role requires a self-motivated professional who can independently troubleshoot complex technical issues, support network operations, and contribute to infrastructure projects while delivering excellent customer service to internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Administer and support enterprise network infrastructure, including routing, switching, and network security technologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex connectivity and infrastructure issues.
- Support Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and other core Microsoft infrastructure services.
- Assist with the design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of infrastructure environments.
- Participate in on-call and escalation support as required.
- Provide onsite support across multiple locations when needed.
- Manage and support virtualized environments and backup solutions.
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot network and security devices.
- Collaborate with vendors and technology partners to evaluate solutions and support infrastructure initiatives.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while working with end users, technical teams, and third-party providers.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience supporting enterprise network and infrastructure environments.
- Strong knowledge of routing, switching, and network security fundamentals.
- Experience with enterprise networking platforms such as Cisco, Juniper, or similar technologies.
- Advanced experience supporting Microsoft infrastructure, including Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and drive issues to resolution.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Industry certifications such as CCNA, Network+, or equivalent.
- Experience with virtualization technologies and virtual infrastructure administration.
- Experience with enterprise backup and recovery solutions.
- Experience with firewall administration, security policy management, monitoring, and network security best practices.
- Experience supporting multi-site enterprise environments.
