Job Title: EDI Systems Analyst

Location: Easton, PA

Work Arrangement: Hybrid, 3 days onsite / 2 days remote

Position Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced EDI Systems Analyst to support and enhance enterprise EDI operations and integrations.

This individual will be responsible for production support, system configuration, EDI mapping, integrations, troubleshooting, and project execution. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Seeburger, BIC Mapping Designer, SAP, and complex enterprise EDI environments.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily EDI operations, including monitoring, administration, scheduling, troubleshooting, and production support.
  • Identify and implement improvements to EDI processes, integrations, and system workflows.
  • Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
  • Configure and support communication protocols including AS2, VAN, SFTP, FTP, and HTTP(S).
  • Manage and maintain AS2 and SSL certificates.
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain EDI mappings and interfaces.
  • Support integrations between SAP and other enterprise applications.
  • Lead or participate in projects focused on automation, integration, and process improvement.
  • Troubleshoot EDI transactions, system interfaces, and production issues.
  • Collaborate with business users, technical teams, vendors, and external partners.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and support materials.
  • Assist with system testing, deployment, production transitions, and business continuity activities.

Required Qualifications

  • 7–10 years of experience supporting EDI systems and integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with Seeburger implementation, configuration, and support.
  • Hands-on experience with BIC Mapping Designer.
  • Experience supporting SAP EDI integrations.
  • Strong experience with EDI mapping and interface development.
  • Experience with AS2, VAN, SFTP, FTP, and HTTP(S).
  • Experience managing AS2 and SSL certificates.
  • Strong production support and troubleshooting experience.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA integrations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting large-scale enterprise EDI environments.
  • Experience leading EDI integration or automation projects.
